While law clerk, Mr. Ramsay drafted a motion in opposition to summary judgment in a federal case, and summary judgment was denied, which led to a settlement for the client. As law clerk, Mr. Ramsay filed motions and requests to opposing counsel, dealing with all phases of the discovery process. Mr. Ramsay also worked as a law clerk for the Office of the Public Defender in Charles County, Maryland, where he assisted attorneys in their preparation for trial.
